Good atmosphere. Bad service! I'm the wife of Doug Kramer. Left another review above. Even after 1 hour 15 mins, from 7pm to 815pm, my main course still didn't arrive. My husband Doug settled the bill and we just left. To all our Filipino community in the area and those who want to dine in, were giving you a heads up. Turtle slow service. Decent food (for what arrived). Terrible service. The worst! We were walk in customers. 8 of us, I was with 3 of my children. It might have been the owner that entertained us. No customer was around at opening time, 7pm. They told us to list our orders. 30 mins in, by 730pm we get our first batch of orders. Some white rice and chicken orders. 4 of us got partial orders. By 745, out of the 5 Japanese fried rice we ordered, only 1 arrived. Then the waiting game. Some of our food didn 't arrive until 810pm even with constant following ups. Orders still wasnt even complete. My youngest, 10 yrs old, got his rice at 730 and didn 't get his tempura orders until 810pm! And it still wasn 't a a complete order 1 hour and 10 mins later! By 810pm, I complained to the Japanese owner/manager. He said it 's impossible to bring out all the food together. So they 'd rather serve some food 30 to 40 mins apart because they don 't serve that way. So I guess I 'm wrong! If you 're Asian, you know you eat your chicken/beef/shrimp orders with rice. You don 't bring out your main course without your rice if you eat at any japanese, filipino or Chinese, or any Asian restaurant. I then complained about the slow service, and then the Owner/manager then reasoned to me that we don 't have a reservation. I said, well all the more your service is bad, because you could not bring out our food in ample time even with no customers around. By 815pm, I told them to take away the rest of our food and the remaining orders, cancel some fried rice orders too because it just took too long! At the end we paid 170 euro for terrible service and below average Japanese food.
Great restaurant . Friendly staff. Everything was very tasty and beautifully decorated dishes I recommend
My husband made a reservation via google two weeks ago. When we showed up to the restaurant, they told us no it doesn’t work. We showed them our confirmation email for the reservation with the number. We explained that we have sent and email and tried calling but no response. They were really rude and disrespectful to us and the owner said “ you can complaint to google!” We always get delivery from them and it was the first time to go dine at the restaurant, we were excited but treated very poorly. Service is as important as the quality of food! Disrespectful owner!
Pessima esperienza. Abbiamo prenotato per fare un pranzo in famiglia, ma arrivati abbiamo scoperto che non veniva fatta differenza tra chi aveva prenotato e chi no, al fine di fare entrare più clienti possibili. Come conseguenza ci sono passate avanti anche persone arrivate dopo e senza prenotazione (secondo una logica ancora da comprendere) . Dopo 50 minuti di attesa e la proposta di condividere un tavolo con estranei ce ne siamo andati. Un vero peccato, non credo torneremo.
