Not sure why the bad reviews? we (family) had a pleasant lunch here.

Gelato was good, they stack it up, so it is fun to look at all the aromes. I wouldn't say it was much better than any other gelato we had, buying gelato is always delicious. be careful about whipped cream (agg panna,) but they charge 50 extra euro cent for each cup and not really add it to taste. the staff also did not specify what the fee was when they were asked if we wanted it.

Asked for a small cup of gelato, the lady takes out a cup which to me looks bigger than a small but I assume they have run out of small cups and she will half fill the cup she has given me. She proceeds to add the gelato and as I expected she fills it just below the rim of the cup. When I go to pay I mention I ordered a small gelato and 1 espresso. They proceed to charge me 10 euro for the gelato. I was in shock, when I looked at the price list they charged me for a large cup which firstly I didn’t ask for and secondly was half full. I noticed a large group of Americans in front of me that they did the same thing to as well. Stay away from this store they are dishonest and very shifty.

Very good ice cream. Attention however to the waiting time .... The staff is not top. If you want an ice to take away: you must first be served by a lady (if she has the decency to answer you, then queue to pay (if the cashier has the decency to give you a few minutes of her time. Too bad because the ice is good.... But expensive : 6,50€ single ice cream (cornet or pot). It's impossible to mix perfumes (dommage !!!! : 1 simple 1 perfume, double 2 perfumes, etc.

Went there to get a regular ice cream, when all of a sudde this lady pulls out the biggest and longest ice cream cone I have ever seen and it was too late to say I didn’t want it as she filled it up all from bottom to high up with ice cream and all I wanted was a cheap little ice cream. €10 euros for something that I didn’t even want in the first place (the size I mean) that was for like 3 people to eat and ended up forcing myself to eat it for the experience but threw away almost the whole cone. If you go here make sure to know which size you getting as you won’t really want to eat just you such a humongous thing. I just felt embarrased to say no after it was served.
