Another wonderful evening in florenz. this time in il barretto. very busy tonight, but still prompt service. we had pasta and calf. perfect and tasty. shorter w... read more Another wonderful evening in florenz. this time in il barretto. very busy tonight, but still prompt service. we had pasta and calf. perfect and tasty. shorter weinlist, but still some decent decisions. the wee came a bit warm, but they delivered an ice bath to fix this (do not fear to ask for their red at the right temperature people! . desert was chocolate soap and I had an affogato, not on the menu but happy accommodated. friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. the T-bone steak was so soft and I didn't even have to chew it very much!
