What User likes about Gelateria Carabe:
I'd like to move here just to eat this gorgeous granita all the time. Tried the Spiriti Siciliani, Caffe and Mandorla all were super fresh natural and perfect. Tasted my kids' gelatin and those were great too View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Gelateria Carabe:
the ice is not very creamy more icy/watering art that is not common in italia, we all know our gelato very soft and creamy. it could be because they try to do more light type of gelato? not sure how I missed the taste of a real creamy gelato. I had stracciatella and chocolate and my partner coffee and pistacchio. View all feedback.

I've known carabè for years and for me it's the best ice cream and the best granita you can eat in Florence and surroundings! Unmissable!
