In florence, we were back from a day on the way, and since it was 10.00 clock, decided by coincidence, stop and try this restaurant. we were shown our sitting a... read more In florence, we were back from a day on the way, and since it was 10.00 clock, decided by coincidence, stop and try this restaurant. we were shown our sitting and ordered our drinks, there were no drinks list or menu offered....We decided to go for the 20 euro per head option. we then only went to the buffet to find that there was no choice of food at all. all shells were empty of a few cold pommes, some mixed rice and literally a few scraped in other shells. there was no meat so we couldn't do the wok option. I asked for a flesh to say they don't have one! I decided to have a few chickens in sauce that were left, but scare off, there was a long piece of wire in my eating! I immediately informed the headkeeper/owner who took it away, but not so much apologised to me. we didn't see the sweet choice as if it had been there for days, and that was disgusting! we decided to go and became the full price of the guy I informed about the wire in my meal! we have questioned this and became free 4 euro, which was only the cover fee. if we had spoken fluently Italian, we would have refused to pay, but since we did not have to pay 40 euro and had to leave the feeling very upset, and we would take care of ourselves as the last review! please do not go to this restaurant, it needs to check an beamed, it is not pulling a was to its customers!

We had just landed in firenze and were looking for a simple cheap food when the signage outside of feng's promising mixed plates for 6 to 8 euro tempted us. we... read more We had just landed in firenze and were looking for a simple cheap food when the signage outside of feng's promising mixed plates for 6 to 8 euro tempted us. we received a selection card from the waitress and after we had ordered some drinks, we were informed by another employee that the restaurant was a 20 euro per headbuffet. when we were on the way, we were told that we could order from the card menu and did so only to be made with a € 1.50 per head table service fee when adjusting the bill. nothing about this place was worth going back and ensuring that they stay close to toilets on the following day when they are unhappy enough to eat there.
