Half way into our meal, a woman entered that claimed to be the owner. She was American, as were we, and disrupted our meal throughout. She appeared friendly but kept getting more aggressive and talked to us throughout our meal. The waitstaff appeared apologetic. It was really unclear whether she really was an owner or just a drunk woman. Either way, she disrupted what would have been a lovely meal. And then, like others, we were told they had a technical issue and could only take cash. All in all, I have to say there are better places to eat in Florence. The waitress and hostess were quiet lovely though :

The lady at the front door was welcoming and she led me in. At first I thought this could be a hidden gem but it wasn’t at all. I ordered a salad which did taste good . And a vegetarian pizza which was by all means the worst I ever had .! I could have done a better one at home . Very hard to bite it was like I was eating a piece of biscotti. Veggies were wateri and over cooked. Bread basket was terrible and one of the pieces was eatin before!! Plus the waiter after ordering the check didn’t want me to pay in visa and wanted cash . When I told him I have only visa he brought me the machine after 15 minutes of ordering the visa machine twice. Not recommended at all
