We are traveling from Ohio USA. Found this restaurant by mistake but a Hidden gem of Florence… don’t go by the looks… taste the genuine Indian flavors… awesome food View all feedback.
What CardiffCouple2013 doesn't like about Al Noor:
Read the reviews and thought would find the place. There are a few tables but is more a kebab takeaway shop than a curry house. We ordered jalfrezi which was not at all spicy . The rice tasted as if it had been fried in butter. The only nice part was the samosas and garlic naans. Would not recommend this if like a nice Indian View all feedback.
Very good food, colorful dishes and very recommended details
This is a small hole in the wall Indian restaurant in the historic district of Florence. My go to dish in Indian restaurants is always chicken biriani and I am often disappointed because this is a difficult dish with complex flavors that most places can’t do. Not so here. This was authentic and very very good. One of the best I have ever had outside of India. I returned a second time for a chicken korma and was equally impressed. When you finally get sick of bland pasta give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed. My only complaint is that they don’t sell beer the must have drink with Indian food so bring your own.
Now it's called marahaja. is a nice place with many covers, but the kitchen lets you want, and the portions are scarce
I know other miur in Italy and I have to say that they are better
Informal place, very kind owner! It was the first time I ate Indian and I liked it!
