Dining at Wendy's feels like you're stuck in a cycle of waiting. The drive-thru line seems to take as long as if you were making your own hamburger! They're frequently out of items, which makes me question why it takes so long to get food. Isn’t the idea of fast food to be quick? The only positive thing I can say about the Wendy's on Blanchard is that Dave is an amazing employee; he always goes above and beyond to help. Otherwise, I would suggest looking elsewhere!
I don’t like to say it, but the service was incredibly slow. It took 26 minutes just to get through a combo meal and the 4/$4 deal. I felt sorry for the staff, but the wait was excruciating. If we hadn't been heading out on a road trip with limited time and options, it would have been even more frustrating. It seemed like they had given up on serving both drive-thru and dine-in customers. Perhaps that's just a sign of the times.
The workers were terrible, the dame at the desk ignored no one there in the grunde and when someone went to her, she got an employment. they also complained about wanting to go home, which is only unprofessional and nobody wants to hear about it.
I want to express my gratitude to the young lady who was working the front counter tonight at your location around 7:30-8:00 PM. I came in with my three residents, and managing money and sorting orders can be quite confusing. She was incredibly patient and kind with us. Not only did she greet customers promptly, but she also had a friendly demeanor that made the experience much more pleasant. Her extra effort to assist me truly made my evening a bit brighter.
I had a great experience at this restaurant! The cashier was very friendly and had a wonderful demeanor. My Dave's Double was perfectly stacked and wrapped like a candy wrapper, which I thought was a nice touch. The spicy chicken sandwich had a thick patty and was really tasty. I appreciate the attention to detail from the staff; they're definitely putting in their best effort! This was the best sandwich I've had in a while, and by far the best Wendy's I've visited. 4/2/22, 3:59 PM.
