What User likes about The Olive Tree:
You cannot get better value for money. We had a great variety of additional food brought through for us whilst we were waiting for our main courses. Great place! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about The Olive Tree:
absolutely shocking customer service! would not recommend that after the mouthful abuse we come down the phone from the staff! Recorded the whole call of the staff who swore to us, the phone told us after I called. to ask them to check the camera after my friends have been stolen money bags from there. shameful customer service, I work myself in cash and would never treat customers as they did last night! read moreThe Olive Tree restaurant dazzles with its eclectic atmosphere and generous portion sizes, drawing in patrons with promises of authentic Italian charm and affordability. While some diners praise the friendly service and commend the value for money, others report a distressing drop in food quality, citing issues such as overcooked dishes and unseasoned meals. Complaints about the cleanliness and the peculiar taste of certain wines further detract from the experience. Ultimately, The Olive Tree is a gamble; it offers potential delight amid a backdrop of inconsistency, leaving some guests eager for a return and others vowing never to return.
