My partner and I were in Garrison for the week and... read more I have never left a trip advisor review in my life but if I could give stars I would. The owner IS SO LOVELY. My partner and I were in Garrison for the week and went for a drink before dinner, the guiness was...great. And we were then planning to go somewhere else to eat but due to covid places closed very early. The owner Gabrielle was warm and friendly as soon as we walked in. We were having chats with him when he overheard us talking about how the restaurant was closed where we planned to eat. Because it was a Thursday riverside wasn't serving food either (only weekends at this current time) but Gabrielle went out of his way and made us pizza and chips regardless. He didn't charge us and wouldn't take the extra money we tried to leave him. We ended up staying a few hours just talking. I couldn't recommend this warm, friendly and genuine place more. It was very clean, great drinks, all covid procedures were in place and it made you feel right at home. I will go out of my way to come back to this bar, Gabrielle I hope you see this because the next round of drinks will be on us in the future!! Thank you for such a lovely time!! P. S. The pizza was also worth stars
