Chaska - Feedback

Was Philip Weiß at Chaska a mag?
Fantastic service from a cheerful and helpful cashier. I asked them if they were open and he said yes, I have never felt joy like I had in that moment for I knew I'd be soon tucking in to the most scrum diddly umptious cuisine in the occupied six counties. View all feedback.
What D M dislikes about Chaska:
I ordered the chicken supper with curry sauce and a portion of onion rings. The onion rings was burnt to a crisp. I could have thrown them like a frisbee and they would have come back in one piece! My son ordered a pizza and when he opened the box the cheese wasn’t on the pizza, it was on the inside of the lid. When I complained over the phone I was confronted by a really rude member of staff who put the phone down o... View all feedback.

I do not recommend this restaurant. The staff is very offensive. My husband attempted to pay with a card but was refused, and when he tried to pay in euros, they asked for much more than the equivalent amount in pounds. The staff was incredibly rude.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely impolite and refused to accept card payments. They also tried to deceive me when converting euros to pounds. I would not recommend this restaurant due to the very rude staff.
I tried this restaurant tonight as I am staying in the area. I ordered a quarter pounder which was excellent. I also ordered a chicken vindaloo with rice. The chicken was swimming in oil more than sauce and it did not taste like a vindaloo at all. The rice was good, but the sauce was a major disappointment.
Chaska in Enniskillen offers a mixed dining experience characterized by a range of customer sentiments. While some patrons praise the restaurant for its delicious food, friendly service, and efficient online ordering system, others express disappointment with burnt onion rings, poorly assembled pizzas, and inconsistent meal quality. Despite the complaints surrounding specific menu items and customer service hurdles, many highlight the cleanliness of the premises and the hearty portion sizes that provide good value for money. Overall, Chaska garners appreciation for its variety and taste, but it also has room for improvement in service and quality consistency.

Terrible service and offensive staff. I put an order in and an hour later had heard nothing. I rang and was told they didn't send the order because I had complained in the past -the food was delayed an hour and a half so I had cancelled with them. I had thought to give the place a second chance but won't be obviously bothering again.
First time customer today, ordered it all online. the set up online is simple and quick no hastle. you can also leave instructions like a time you want it for. or if you have allergies, which I think is key. The food was hot fresh and tasty. The portion sizes complement the prices they ask. I collected the food so I could see what the premises are like. its bright clean and very organised. the staff are really friendly and approachable, they will answer anything you ask. the food was prepared in a timely manner. if you order for delivery it's a 45min wait, but be prepared to wait at peak times i.e Friday and Saturday night . a collection is 20 mins and again allowances for peak times. we all got something different and everyone was happy with there food. 100% recommended.
Our food was stone cold when we got it delivered. Delivery was very quick so I don’t understand why our food was cold.
Ordered fish and chips online this evening, opened the box and knew straight away it was off. Should have taken it back but the smell made me throw it straight in the bin, AVOID.
