I enjoy going to this particular one because they get to know you personally and are very attentive

Asked for a coffee drink that was keto. Unfortunately, the drink they have me wasn't coffee at all. Thankfully, they made me a new one, and had such a positive attitude about it.

I do not spend my money where I am being treated based on my race. I’m am discriminated against whether I am in the drive thru or I come in to the store. I won’t tell anyone not to go there, I just don’t choose to be treated anyway by anybody who is begging for my money as they let me know they need my money but hate me for having it to spend.

I’m never one to complain about a drink bc it’s never that serious, but when you’re paying $7 for a drink you want it to taste somewhat good. I ordered a Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso and it doesn’t even have espresso in it. It’s milk with some syrup. I’m a Starbucks barista and I know how the drink is supposed to taste and look and it’s just not it. And they put 1/4 inch of cold foam on their cold brews. It’s just disappointing :

Waited 44 minutes in line to be denied a coffee and watched 6 people drive away from cashier who refused to sell coffee. Will not return. Starbucks lost many customers today! Good luck.
