Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I loved their energy!!! The cashier (Wanda) was very friendly and provided phenomenal hospitality!!! I loved how everyone communicated with one another, this allowed things to flow smoothly. Lynette you are awesome!!!! Your kindness is appreciated!

Yesterday, Friday, February 25 2022, l visited Popeye 's on Gillespie St. In Fayetteville, NC. This was my first visit to this particular franchise and l was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious, it was piping hot! The employees were very nice, and courteous! AND THE WAIT IN LINE AT THE DRIVE UP SERVICE LINE WASN 'T LONG AT ALL!!! GREAT JOB POPEYE 'S ON GILLESPIE ST!!! I will be back!

This past Saturday, my wife and I went through the Drive-thru at the Popeyes on Gillespie St about 20 minutes before closing. We were greeted pleasantly. Our cashier was especially kind. There were specific items that were not available on the menu at that time. He apologized for not having the items. He then let us know what wasn't available and what was available. He didn't treat us like an inconvenience. In fact, he treated us like valued customers. It is refreshing to know that in this time of reduced staff and low wages that there are people in service jobs that still want to provide excellent service with a smile and great attitude. Please, Popeyes, on Gillespie St in Fayetteville NC keep doing what you are doing.

I love this place. Excellent mac-n-cheese. Good service. The only drawback is that the drive-thru is so slow. It's like they only serve one person at a time. They'll take an order, the person will drive around to the window, pay for their food, and after they get it, then they'll help the next person. That's only at the 301 location, the rest are great.

I was very impressed listening to the staff communicating to each other the way they were while I was eating. I could see why service was fast, and food was served hot and fresh. Might be the best/fastest location in Fayetteville.
