What Alice Queiroz likes about Three Mariners:
Gorgeous pub, service and environment were excellent and food was delicious. It's also dog friendly which is brilliant. Although we didn't use it, there is a lovely outdoor area and I bet it is really nice in the summer View all feedback. What Jonny B doesn't like about Three Mariners:
Perhaps the worst pub lunch we have had since the eighties. Grey burgers, stale buns, microwaved and overcooked veg. Chicken in Gnocci was inedible. All ingredients felt like they had been provided by bog standard catering suppliers. We complained to no avail and were made to pay full price. Avoid at all costs! We shall never return. read moreThe reviews for this restaurant are quite mixed. While some customers had a terrible experience with subpar food and service, others had a delightful time with excellent meals and welcoming staff. The charming 18th-century building with a cozy atmosphere and candlelit dining options seems to have impressed many patrons. The owner, Jack, has been praised for his charm and knowledge of wine. The diverse events hosted at the restaurant also seem to be a draw for customers. Overall, it appears that the quality of the dining experience at this establishment can vary greatly, but for those who have had a positive experience, it seems like a gem worth returning to.
Excellent choice of bar snacks, an excellent low alcohol IPA and friendly helpful staff
