Nice place run by lovely people ! Very very busy but staff handle the rush very well. Food is good, fresh and tasty. It’s a little expensive but leaves you feeling full and satisfied. All prepared using locally sourced ingredients. A good range of drinks also I always go for the Kent Cider Co Cider as they are vegan owned and run. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about The Yard:
they wait half an hour for two coffees and 50 minutes for drilling for toast. They were delicious and homemade but much too long. even if they know what they want, they need to take a place and wait for the menus then wait until the personal back to take their order. the time in between is too long during the busy times. great eating and ambiente with many vegan options, but not a good place if they have limited time... I had an evening party here and it was BRILLIANT! Everybody loved the venue, it looked so twinkly and atmospheric. The drinks were delish and service was excellent, such a great place.
I am extremely impressed with this restaurant. The tea and coffee are of high quality, and the food is outstanding. It is a popular spot, so I recommend making a reservation during peak hours. The staff is friendly and professional.
