Writing this to help the owners out. The food isn’t bad but the service was so slow. Our waitress was covering all the tables with no help. It really made for a bad experience. You need more than one server for the size of your restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

The service was terrible. There was only one waitress. We waited 35 minutes to get a pitcher of water and an hour and a half to get our meal. The food was okay, but did not make up for the wait. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was a die-hard customer of Tony's for 10 years for the last 18 months they have forgot my order twice been an hour late twice messed up my order 3 or 4 times how can you have a great product and not have a great customer service I quit you guys I live 3 minutes from your location no way I should pay $35 for a large pie and a drink, and it get here cold.
