I had the worst sandwich ever from Jersey Mike's. The bread seemed at least a day or two old; it just fell apart as I was eating it. You could really tell it wasn't fresh. I'm hesitant to go back after this experience.
Mike's never lets me down and always hits the spot when I'm craving a good old #13 The Original Italian.
Every time I order green tea, I receive it unsweetened, which is not what I wanted. I haven't received any communication regarding this issue. Who actually drinks unsweetened tea? This has wasted my money multiple times now.

This restaurant offers some of the best hospitality I've experienced at a franchise. The staff is consistently patient, friendly, and appears to genuinely enjoy their work and collaborate well together. It's my favorite location, and I hope this reflects in the success of the business.
