I attempted... read more Caution is advised with this establishment! Our server altered the tip on our credit card—what should have been an 18% gratuity was changed to 35%. I attempted to call to address this issue, but no one answered, and the voicemail box was full, preventing me from leaving a message. I then tried emailing, only to have my message bounce back due to an invalid email address. So what are my options? Here I am sharing my experience to warn others. A server who changes the tip does not deserve to be in that role, and a restaurant that ignores customer concerns won't be getting my business again. I hope it doesn’t receive yours either.
