I don’t understand; It’s Saturday night. The restaurant is empty and you put customers on a 15 min wait? Then, you blame it on one singular server for being on break? I love this particular store. Go there often. The food is always done perfectly, staff is very friendly, and a great beer selection. Only negative is I don’t think I’ve gone once when at least one of the beers listed is unavailable.

I have eaten in this place before. The service has gone downhill in the last year. The restaurant part is messy and the staff is unorganized and rude. My takeout order tonight I ordered a 10 peice wings. I barely had any teriyaki sauce on my wings and the sauces they gave me were in these half filled cups tiny cups. Thry also have no way to keep my order warm. I have given them a few chances to fix things but I think tonight was my last trip there. It is to expensive for bad service mediocre food. There are plenty of chicken wing places on long Island. You are better off going to one of those.
Pretty quiet for a weekday.. quick service. They now have paperless checks.. your bill is generated through your cell, you get a text and use your card to pay virtually. Tip.. before confirming, check the amount that is defaulted for tip. It's set as an automatic 20%. Felt a little but hurt when I sent it through for a waitress that really didn't deserve as much.
