Went to Panera Bread and one of the customers was smoking inside, alerted an employee and a manager, customer continued smoking inside, manager simply asked the... read more Went to Panera Bread and one of the customers was smoking inside, alerted an employee and a manager, customer continued smoking inside, manager simply asked the customer if they were smoking, they said no and continued to smoke inside, employee that wasoriginally alerted also saw the customer smoking. Manager did nothing, had amazing food, don't know if I'll go back after thatlack of leadership from management, if they won't stop a customer from smoking indoors, what else do they let people get awaywith?

Pick up area is kind of far from door and it took me a minute to find it with so many people standing around in one little area. The flow of the restaurant doesn 't make sense. I also wasn 't expecting thebread to be SO hard. I 've had sourdough before but this bread is probably equivalent to eating a mouthful of glass. Highpriced for low quality. Unfortunate. I really wanted to love it.
