Description

Tucked into the Ramada in Fargo, this hotel bar delivers a lively, game-night atmosphere with affordable highlights like a $5.99 burger special and weekday happy hour (3–6 PM) featuring free wings and wedges. The room is clean and offers pool, darts and video lottery terminals, plus tap beer and a self-pour wall that reviewers say is unreliable. Experiences vary: some praise the burgers and prompt service, while others report inconsistent staff, occasional rudeness, dry or overpriced dishes, and a limited beer selection.

During our stay at the Ramada in Fargo, we opted to try the hotel's restaurant instead of going out for dinner. Our first impression was that it was very clean! We ordered a taco salad and a patty melt, both of which we enjoyed immensely. The restaurant also offers a few video lottery terminals, a pool table, and a dartboard for entertainment. They have a selection of beers on tap to quench your thirst. The bartender/server was excellent and prompt, even though it was quite busy at the time. We'll definitely return when we're in town again!

The service was quite disappointing, and the food did not meet expectations. The chicken, which appeared in multiple dishes, was dry and had a taste reminiscent of Chinese cuisine, even though neither dish was Chinese. Overall, it felt like a waste of both time and money. Given the focus on their gaming operations, one would expect better quality.

I'm not a huge fan of O'Clevy's, but it seems to attract a lot of loyal regulars, most of whom are likely over 60. The only menu item I've truly enjoyed is the roasted chicken. Overall, I find the food to be somewhat overpriced for what you receive. The selection of tap beer is quite disappointing. They do have a self-pour beer system with more options, but I've never seen anyone actually use it. Whether you pour 12 oz. of beer or 12 oz. of foam, you end up getting charged for the full amount. On weekdays, O'Clevy's does offer a nice happy hour from 3 to 6 PM, featuring free wings and potato wedges, along with decent prices on some domestic beers.

I see the potential but ****. If my beer is empty it shouldn't take me pointing it out to you to ask if I'd like another. They are advertising pour your own beer wall but they said it doesn't work. Wtf? I can see this place closing soon.

First visit was for Bison basketball game. Good drinks, great appetizers for free and ordered some off the menu which were fine. Service was good they were busier then they expected so we allotted for some slip ups but all in all it was a great atmosphere to watch the game and enjoy some drinks and food!
