I know that airports are often known for poor customer service, but this place takes the prize. I sat at the bar for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal if they were busy, but that wasn’t the case—I was the only person there.

The bread was fresh and moist, with plen... read more I give this place 5 stars because the ham and cheddar cheese sandwich I had was comparable to one I would make at home. The bread was fresh and moist, with plenty of quality meat that filled the entire sandwich. This is by far the best airport sandwich I've ever experienced! Kudos to Marlin!!

The woman who brought out the food was extremely friendly. Overall, it was a much better experience than the food available after the security checkpoint. I didn't visit the bar, though.

The service i... read more If you don't have at least 1.5 hours to spare, I recommend against ordering from this place. We've visited three times, and we're finished trying. The service is excruciatingly slow and rather rude. The food is decent, but it's not worth the lengthy wait or the frustration it brings.

After waiting another 10 minutes, she finally told me to take a seat and that she would come by to take my order. We sat down for another 30 minutes and could see her continuing to joke with other patrons. She barely served anyone during that time. After waiting for 40 minutes, we decided to leave without having received any drinks or food.
