While highlights include a fantastic chicken sandwich and commendable breakfast biscuits, issues such as underwhelming portion sizes, overly soggy burgers, and unappetizing cleanliness concerns have surfaced. Guests noted a lack of attentiveness to order accuracy and dining area hygiene, despite some staff showing exceptional patience and customer service. Overall, while there's potential for satisfying meals, consistency and cleanliness appear to be areas needing significant improvement to restore the restaurant's once-stellar reputation.

I had to ask multiple times for napkins and straws, and the drive-thru attendant kept interrupting me while I was ordering. The food arrived cold and overcooked, and the fries were served without any seasoning. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The food at Hardee's tastes stale, as if it has been sitting out for hours. The staff refused to serve shakes or chicken tenders, citing staffing problems, which is baffling considering there were no customers and four employees working. It makes me wonder why Hardee's doesn't just remove those items from the menu or close entirely.
This use to be good for a couple of months, now it is a hit or miss. Sometimes you will get a good well made burger and other times you get this soggy, greasy burger, I'm talking so soggy that it leaks through the box and through the bag a little andonto your car seat. I got one of those burgers today and only was able to eat half. The other half was spent using the restroom,and kept me going back and forth to the restroom. I just threw it in the trash because it gave me the runs! I think I'll wait ayear or two for a rotation of employees maybe than things will get better their.
The last three years have posed challenges for businesses that rely heavily on staff, and this Hardee's is a perfect illustration of that. Inside dining is currently off-limits, and orders can only be placed at the same window where you pick up your food. While this setup may not seem ideal, it works well given that there were only two employees on duty: the cook and the individual managing orders, payments, drinks, and packaging. Both young men delivered outstanding service, demonstrating their hard work and determination as they navigate their responsibilities.
