The store offers an impressive variety of convenience items, delicious donuts, and is clean and spacious.
This Casey?s struggling on a lot of levels. The place is immaculate and they offer everything a convenience store should. They offer a decent hot food selection as well. The staff was brutally incompetent both times we stopped over the weekend. They appeared dumbfounded about a chip credit card. They had no idea which cup size we should use for the coffee prices. The iced coffee was mocha instead of black and when brought to their attention they taped a sign over the tap that said mocha.
I’m giving Casey’s only 2 stars because of the staff at the Amoks shop side. With gas prices already high, it’s frustrating enough, but it gets worse when you arrive to find the store and pumps closed well before the posted closing time. I had to drive across town just to fill up and use the restroom. On top of that, I can’t seem to redeem my points anymore because there’s always some issue at Casey’s around here. I used to be loyal to Casey’s, but not anymore. I don’t know if it’s management or employees, but this is unacceptable. If this happened at the store I manage, I’d probably lose my job. Overall, a terrible experience. I kept giving them chances, but each time I’m disappointed.

Overall, a terrible experience every time I try to give Casey’s a chance. The menu used to be a draw, but now it’s not enough to keep me coming back.
