Nice gas station with great quick pick up food
The restaurant lacks any staff, is often closed, and as a result, never offers hot meals.
I arrived to find the restaurant closed early, and unfortunately, there were no pumps available. I've come to expect that this Casey's doesn't stay open past 6 PM. This is the second time I've faced this issue after work when it should have been open. I suppose we'll have to head down the road to Holiday from now on. It was 8:50 PM when I arrived.
All of the pumps are out of order, and there are no signs to let people know, causing everyone to waste their time.
I’m giving Casey’s only 2 stars because of the issues at the convenience store side. With gas prices already so high, it’s frustrating enough, but it gets worse when the store and pumps close well before their posted hours. I ended up having to drive across town just to fill up and use the bathroom. On top of that, I can’t seem to redeem my points anymore because there’s always some problem at this Casey’s location. I used to be a regular customer, but not anymore. I’m not sure if it’s the management or the staff, but it’s unacceptable. If I ran a store and pulled these kinds of moves, I’d probably be fired. Overall, a terrible experience every time I try to give Casey’s a chance. The menu used to be a draw, but now it’s not enough to keep me coming back.

Beautiful gas station with large quick pickup
The store offers an impressive variety of convenience items, delicious donuts, and is clean and spacious.
This Casey?s struggling on a lot of levels. The place is immaculate and they offer everything a convenience store should. They offer a decent hot food selection as well. The staff was brutally incompetent both times we stopped over the weekend. They appeared dumbfounded about a chip credit card. They had no idea which cup size we should use for the coffee prices. The iced coffee was mocha instead of black and when brought to their attention they taped a sign over the tap that said mocha.
None of the pumps were working, and there were no signs indicating that people were not allowed to use them, which resulted in everyone wasting their time.
The restaurant closed early and there were no gas pumps available. I've found that this Casey's location may not be open six days a week as expected. This is the second time I've encountered this issue during their advertised hours. I guess we'll have to take a detour on our way to vacation each time. It’s currently 8:50 PM.
