Very poor service, guy at drive through you can barely hear him. Mumbling everything. When said thank you he just closed the drive thru window. Whopper only had lettuce and mayo on it. Original chicken Sandwich had like two pieces of lettuce. Jalapeñobites were cold. I usually come to this location but will but be back!
Upon entering Burger King- handicap parking in front of building where entrance is, there is a path for wheelchair to get up to the main sidewalk but there is no handicap pushbutton to get into the building. We were greeted right away at a till ready toorder. Food was normal Burger King food something quick and easy when out shopping with kids. Ketchup dispensor was out ofketchup, and there was random straw wrappers and cup lids laying around on counter that didnt get picked up and put in trash.Soda machine is not at a low level to accommodate a person if they were in a wheelchair. Playground was open and ready to playon for my kids after couple hours of shopping was done prior. The lobby looked decently clean. After awhile noticed a cook had 1glove on holding personal phone with it and bare hand touching his phone texting, once done proceeded to put new glove on tocarry on cooking without washing hands and getting new gloves. Both bathrooms has accessibility to koala kare (diaper changingtable). The woman's bathroom was out of toilet paper, there was either a piece of candy or someone's pill got dropped and left.Glad I caught that in time to properly dispose it before my kids or any kids in general grabbed it.
Went through the drive thru at the 52nd Ave South location. Ordered no tomato on my sandwich and unsweetened tea. The tea was sweet and the sandwich had tomato but no onion. Pay closer attention to the orders coming through. Location was not busy at thetime either.
I would frequent this location more regularly however the service here is very inconsistent. When we got to the drive thru the gentleman mumbled ?We?ll be with you in couple minutes.? 4 minutes later he said ?Go ahead.? We had to ask him to repeat himselfboth times because we couldn?t understand him. He clearly was bothered by us coming through the drive thru and ordering. When wegot to the window he took the payment and passed our food to us and said ?Here.? Then closed the window. No smile, nointeraction more than he absolutely had to. I love a good whopper but I don?t know that I?ll be back to this location. I wouldgo out of my way to not interact with him again. It?s a real bummer.
