I would recommend either making it your entire meal or orderi... read more When I walked into the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised to see an all-you-can-eat salad bar. I would recommend either making it your entire meal or ordering an entrée separately, instead of adding it on. The food was decent, the service was excellent, and overall it was a good experience. However, the cost can add up quickly, especially considering it is a chain restaurant and not a local establishment.

I recently signed up for their email l... read more The food is decent, but we have never received good customer service. This was the fourth time experiencing poor service. I recently signed up for their email list but never received the $5.00 coupon promised. After our food was served, the servers never came back to check on us. We had to call someone over to pay our bill and no one returned when we asked for a to-go bag. The food would be more enjoyable if accompanied by great customer service. We usually tip 40-50%, if only they knew.

We were hoping for a peaceful Sunday lunch. We live with our child and two grandkids. Everything was going well until a large family with a wheelchair-bound relative was seated nearby. The young lady in a wheelchair made loud noises throughout our meal. I sympathize with them. Going out for a meal is a luxury, and we rarely have the chance to enjoy a quiet meal prepared by someone else. The food was average, so we left what we didn't finish and went grocery shopping instead. I doubt we will return to this restaurant. I don't have a solution to this issue, but I wish there was a place for older people to have a quiet lunch. With the struggles restaurants have faced in the past two years, we have often opted for takeout and eating in the car for a healthier option. This family was also looking to celebrate together. We weren't the only ones trying to pay our bill and leave quickly. The restaurant was very busy, but our server was excellent.

Both my wife and I ordered... read more I always wondered what happened to Ruby Tuesday's as they used to be really good. I now know why a lot of them went out of business. Both my wife and I ordered the garden salad combo which is the garden salad bar and a soup. Both of our soups werewatered down and lukewarm at best. I remember back in the day the salad bar had over a hundred items on it. For the price theycharge for the salad bar now there's maybe 25 and the hand that they had out there look like ham from a can. I would have giventhis a one-star review but our server Emily who is busy running on both sides of the restaurant was an excellent server. But ifI was in Fargo again I would avoid Ruby Tuesday's. Still have not gotten a response from the management team.
