so many salat bar choices with tons of vegan toppings. many vegan dressings are also available, although I simply hummus and balsamico vinegar on my. Bummer thing is the grilled vegetables are all made with butter, so for the veggie trio on their only choices were steamed brokkoli and baked carrots (both flat no butter.) but unlimited trips into the salatable keep them full and satisfied! do not order the amazing burger, unless they are vegan. we didn't know, and when we stabbed it, it was terrible. we then asked if we could get a cattleburger to whom the waitress said yes. we asked her if she had to bring back the vegan burger and she said no. The food was decent. We were hoping for a peaceful Sunday lunch. We live with our child and two grandkids. Everything was going well until a large family with a wheelchair-bound relative was seated nearby. The young lady in a wheelchair made loud noises throughout our meal. I sympathize with them. Going out for a meal is a luxury, and we rarely have the chance to enjoy a quiet meal prepared by someone else. The food was average, so we left what we didn't finish and went grocery shopping instead. I doubt we will return to this restaurant. I don't have a solution to this issue, but I wish there was a place for older people to have a quiet lunch. With the struggles restaurants have faced in the past two years, we have often opted for takeout and eating in the car for a healthier option. This family was also looking to celebrate together. We weren't the only ones trying to pay our bill and leave quickly. The restaurant was very busy, but our server was excellent.
I always wondered what happened to Ruby Tuesday's as they used to be really good. I now know why a lot of them went out of business. Both my wife and I ordered the garden salad combo which is the garden salad bar and a soup. Both of our soups werewatered down and lukewarm at best. I remember back in the day the salad bar had over a hundred items on it. For the price theycharge for the salad bar now there's maybe 25 and the hand that they had out there look like ham from a can. I would have giventhis a one-star review but our server Emily who is busy running on both sides of the restaurant was an excellent server. But ifI was in Fargo again I would avoid Ruby Tuesday's. Still have not gotten a response from the management team.
We had the salad bar and it was great. Lots to choose from. We were able to sit out on the patio. Everythingvwas clean and neat. They had a salad bar special. $6.99. Not sure if this is every Wed night.
When I walked into the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised to see an all-you-can-eat salad bar. I would recommend either making it your entire meal or ordering an entrée separately, instead of adding it on. The food was decent, the service was excellent, and overall it was a good experience. However, the cost can add up quickly, especially considering it is a chain restaurant and not a local establishment.
The food is decent, but we have never received good customer service. This was the fourth time experiencing poor service. I recently signed up for their email list but never received the $5.00 coupon promised. After our food was served, the servers never came back to check on us. We had to call someone over to pay our bill and no one returned when we asked for a to-go bag. The food would be more enjoyable if accompanied by great customer service. We usually tip 40-50%, if only they knew.

The fries and tater tots were overly salty. Our waitress only stopped by our table once to take our order, and someone else brought out our food. After that, we didn’t see her again until she delivered the check and didn’t check on us at all during our meal.
Went in for lunch sat at the bar. Day bartender was excellent and made good conversation. Sald bar is always good. Recommend to stop in for a bite.
Service was lacking. Upon entering, we were greeted right away by two hostesses. One picked up the menus but then stopped to chat and giggle with the other about a pink handwritten note, forgetting we were still there. After being seated, we began to look at the menus, but it took a long time for our waitress, Tamera, to recognize us. By the time she did, we already knew what we wanted to order, and we hadn’t even been able to order drinks yet. Once she brought us our drinks, we didn’t see her again until she brought the check. Meanwhile, we noticed her engaging in lengthy conversations with other tables about their kids and favorite dishes from her childhood. To top it off, the check was incorrect and had to be corrected by a manager. Given this experience, it will be a while before we consider returning. **Vegetarian options**: Salad bar and veggie burger **Parking**: Ample parking, but oddly located behind a gas station **Kid-friendliness**: Appears to be kid-friendly, with kids eating free on Tuesdays for dinner **Wheelchair accessibility**: Easy parking and a ramp available
Inconsistent happy hours. Store axed half off apps and desserts.
Aside from the menu prices being increased a good deal, and I think the majority of the staff was new the last time I was there, the food was still good and the wait staff did what they could I keep up.

I didn’t not see a veggie burger on the menu. Food was bad. Won’t go again.

The food is ok.but we've never had a good customer service for the 4th time . I recently signed up for So email but didn't get my $5.00 promised coupon /in my inbox. After the food is served the servers doesn't come back anymore.we have to call for anyone to pay.No one came back when we requested for a to go bag.! The food would taste more appetizing when you get a great customer service. We give 40-50% tips usually if they only know!
