I just returned from a delightful afternoon at a restaurant with my mother, thanks to a Groupon deal. The food was very good and included a generous pot of tea. Our server was incredibly friendly and cheerful. The building itself has a lot of character, and the relaxing music added to the ambiance. We will definitely be back! :) View all feedback.

this was our 2nd visit, following a positive one in october 22. this time we got there it was virtually empty, it was early, a choice of table was good but the service we found somewhat lacking (forgetful and haphazard) though not busy!. our starter arrived which was decent but when the mains arrived we found them extremely overcooked to the point of dryness. compared to our last visit I think they must have changed... I went to this restaurant for my grandson's birthday. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but once inside, the food and staff were exceptional. We all enjoyed our starters and main courses, although we couldn't finish all of our meals, which is surprising since we are all big eaters. The service from start to finish was excellent. I will definitely be returning as it offers great value for money.
I recently dined at this restaurant using a Groupon deal. The deal included £32 for two people, three courses, and a bottle of wine. We enjoyed generous portions of prawn cocktail and pate choica for our starters. For mains, we tried the pork and liver dishes. We finished off the meal with a tasty dessert and washed it all down with white Zinfandel. Overall, we found the quality of the food and the value for money to be excellent.
We stayed at this hotel before embarking on our family cruise. We booked four rooms which were all very clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful and the drinks and food were excellent. Thank you.
I held my wedding reception at this venue in 2003, and the food was outstanding, with exceptional staff. I'm looking forward to returning for my anniversary this year!
