Lovely food and very friendly staff!
We had a meal and drinks at the Red Lion and it was very good and excellent value. Served by Phil who immediately picked up on our Yorkshire accents and did everything to make us feel welcome . The food was very good and the drinks hit the spot.
We regularly travel quite a distance to eat here and have never had anything but superb food. Our grown up sons said this was the best meal they had ever eaten
From the moment we walked in we felt it was going to be a good experience. The waiting staff were attentive, but not overly so. They were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The food was delightful; the tastes, textures, appearance, quantity were all spot on.
