The restaurant charges high prices but offers poor quality food. The staff is rude and arrogant, only focused on making money. Serving food that has been sitting around for hours is not acceptable. I have reported this establishment. I recommend avoiding it.
The business has a billboard promotion... The customer floor was sticky underfoot. Order of large Cod Chips. The Cod was frankly terrible, suspected fried from frozen?. Greasy and the worst I've ever had the misfortune to taste. The chips were of the same quality. I reluctantly put both in the bin outside. In my opinion avoid at all costs. The cost of the provided sustanance is high also. Avoid!!!
Been going here a long time but will never return. Never get what i ordered. Always something missing. Its embarresing to be honest as its never been busy and ive been served by the owner each time. Last time was the final straw, ordered chips , jumbo sausage , fishcake , and curry sauce. Took it home without checking(stupid knowing how rubbish they are at getting an order correct). No sausage or fishcake. On returning the guy said the order back to me in a second so he knew. There were no other customers in there. He refunded me instantly and was cool about it and when the order is correct the food is nice. Seems basic to me and its a shame.
I stopped by for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a regular portion of fries and it was massive. They were quite tasty as well. The curry sauce, on the other hand, was exceptional - one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back.
Below par food not worth the money. Staff aren't very sociable. Always a wait for food. The Chinese food is even poor, it seems like supermarket frozen meals.
