The women working first thing on Thursday 30/10 were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming and attentive even though it was busy. Made for a lovely breakfast. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20
A bit pricey but the cafe is lovely, delicious food and sea views make this a wonderful little spot for a treat. The toilets aren’t so nice sadly as shared access with marina and didn’t seem particularly clean. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20
Went with my sister for her birthday breakfast. We are both fit so we're able to get to the venue from the car park with minimal problems. Wet and windy but didn't deter us. Worth it! Lovely views, so good that it can get packed on lovely days and at peak times so recommend going early. Dog friendly so great for walkers and on a lovely walk route. We wanted and expected quality. For that, the wait was to be expected. It's a quality place to plan to take your time and enjoy it and take in the views. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £20–30 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: I probably wouldn't have been able to find the cafe on my own if following sat nav. However, sister was driving and knew where to go. At one point it started to look like we'd gone the wrong way, but suddenly saw the SALT Cafe sign to the left, followed the little lane down and on to the right where there's cafe parking, half on a concreted area and half on rough stones. On busy days if going later, you might have to park on the road somewhere. But don't let any of that deter you from trying it. Kid-friendliness: Can't really comment as there were no kids at the time I visited Wheelchair accessibility: Not perfect and couple of low steps to boarded walkway. Other than that I can't remember if there is an access ramp or not. Phone ahead and check first
I’ve been here a few times now and consider it a fantastic little gem! The last two Saturdays, I’ve enjoyed a wonderful cappuccino along with some delicious chocolate…
