I personally recommend ordering the BBQ Spare ribs

I called amd spoke to the manager whose customer service was on... read more I had ordered 2 pilau rice with my curries etc, but they were not in the order when I got home. I called amd spoke to the manager whose customer service was on par with a 3 year old. Apparently the manageress thought it was acceptable to accuse me on lying about the order, speak over me whilst I spoke and raise her voice to me. She advised she would deliver the rice if I pais.....2 portions of rice. I'm sure your parents will be proud of you having saved the business the huge cost of 2 portions of rice. Why do you need customer service, the life time value of customers and stories of good customer service are just simply not worth 2 portions of rise, why you would have to be a crazy business owner to admit you made a simple mistake, offer to put it right and assure them it wont happen again. Perhaps we should all go on the same MBA course you did and learn those leadership skills. I will of course take my custom elsewhere, and my Dad who still lives locally, Im sure he will share this experince at the social club too. 2 portions of rice, what are they really worth?
