Taste better than Peking Garden(Star House, Hong Kong). The skin is so crispy and the meat is very juicy. Stir fry flat noodle with beef is amazing, So traditional and not oily at all, you can see from the photo, not much oil on the plate. You can hardly find the same standard in Hong Kong anymore. Will try their dim sum next time.

Services were exceptional, especially the manager/owner, very friendly and professional. We were well looked after as its our 1st visit to this restaurant. Dim Sum were traditional HK style just like it how it used to be back in the 1990s, many items are very nice and you won't find anywhere else. Authentic Hong Kong flavour that is getting harder and harder to find. Great service and it is the best Chinese down south I have had. Will be back again and definitely try out the dim sum lunch.
