The quality of the food served and the cuisine is truly excellent, the dishes are visually presented very well and above all, with perfect and well-balanced flavors and taste. Both fish and meat dishes are served, as well as pizza. The cuisine offers both classic dishes, such as, among many, tagliatelle allo scoglio, and more refined combinations without ever going over in aromatic excesses of any kind. The portions are well balanced for starters and first courses, abundant for second courses. The workhorse is the mixed fried fish; not at all heavy, it comes with a mix of battered vegetables to accompany the excellent honey and vinegar sauce served on a separate saucer but still together with the dish. Excellent desserts. Same service. The restaurant is located on the stretch of seafront on state road 16, between Fano and Pesaro, has ample space inside, about fifteen outdoor tables and a panoramic terrace on the roof, where obviously you can eat while enjoying, for example, the spectacle of the sunset . There were 5 of us, to dine here. In other similar places we usually order ciclista (a white, sliced pizza, to be eaten either as a starter or as side bread) and we did it here as well. We expected it, before the main courses; instead the courses arrived, one after another, but no ciclista . We continued to ask for it during all the meal, but it only arrived after we had finished everything. The waiters kept on saying: it 's coming, it 's coming ... The other food was just acceptable. For instance, I had ravioli with bottarga (bottarga is the name for dried fish eggs); the description mentioned bottarga both within the ravioli and in their sauce; but I could only spot a few eggs in the sauce, while the ravioli had been stuffed with something else: a dull white filling...
