Our waitress brought our drinks but then left us sitting for 25 minutes without taking our order while she chatted with a customer, interacted with a younger waitress, and answered the phone multiple times. The restaurant wasn't busy—there was one man at the counter, a dad with two kids, a group of six being served by the younger waitress, and us. There’s really no excuse for such service! I believe she should be let go because she is clearly not suited for the role of a waitress. We ended up paying for our drinks and leaving without ordering food. We frequent this restaurant often; my meal would have been around $19, and my husband's would have been similar. We usually tip 20%. She's essentially cost you business tonight. You might want to speak with the older lady with short red hair and glasses about this.

Unfortunately we live in northern Indiana and may never eat here again, but if there was this type of pizza in South Bend, we would live a more fulfilling life! ???? They are a bit off with time and service due to whatever staff issues....but someone is still making some yummy food. The pizza twists and steak roll were top notch. Pit Stop Stromboli was great too. It was a wait but worth it. We had also arrived at beginning of dinner and a good number of folks sat down right after us. Fancy Gap is beautiful andalways worth a stop. Will definitely be back soon!!

The garlic knots are sooo good nice crunch on the outside and warm and buttery on the inside. Poppers were average with a nice breading. Wingsand a Philly Cheesesteak (with fries) for our main course. Cheesesteak was good nice roll that was toasted. Wings came outpiping hot and were over all good though the sauce had a slightly strange taste. Fries tasted like they might have been doublefried and were delicious. If I’m ever in the area again I’m definitely stopping here!
