I ordered a Sub Sandwich online, but there was a small mistake in my order. When I returned to the store and explained the issue to the manager, they acknowledged the error and promptly made me a new sandwich with the correct ingredients and instructions. used the app and was charged twice, I told them that is good only make me another sub if they did not credit the difference. after several call to the manager who was worthless and subway HQ to no incident. they finally made me part of the second. live and learn, no more subway. ps to the franchise owner, I am sure that this ineptitude rejects itself from them, on the job.
