What User doesn't like about Open Road:
Service was exceptionally poor. We arrived during a slow period, and still waited over 5 minutes for our server to first arrive. After our food arrived, which was fine, it was radio silence again, with the server disappearing to the kitchen for another 40 minutes. We finally asked a host for our check, which arrived 5+ minutes later. The waiting wasn't over though! After 10 more minutes of their dissapearing act, we... View all feedback. It had been a while since I've eaten at OR. Happily, the same menu items I've always loved were still offered. I brought two friends who had never eaten here and they LOVED it! Bruschetta, grilled salmon, the fabulous Kentucky butter cake, and so many more! Will definitely return! View all feedback.
