I went inside and found the service to be decent, though it could have been improved. After I paid, I asked to change my fries, and while they said it was fine, I was told there would be an extra charge, and the staff didn't seem very eager to assist. I also had to request ketchup, which is typically offered without having to ask. Overall, the service felt similar to what you’d expect at the drive-thru—lacking in attentiveness.
I visited Carl's Jr. and greeted the cashier, but unfortunately, I received a dirty look and was completely ignored. The customer service was really disappointing.
Stopped by for a takeout order. The service was fairly quick and friendly. If you’re parking in the main lot shared with places like Albertsons or CVS, it’s best to approach Carl’s Jr. from the side facing Ammunition Rd or Starbucks, as there are no entrances on the sides facing Taco Bell or Albertsons.
The burger patties were tough as rocks and the buns were stale. The BBQ sauce had a sour taste. When I called the store to request a refund, they told me I had to come back immediately. I explained I was on my way to work, and they responded by asking, "Are you working now?" I won’t be returning. I’d rather make the extra trip to the Carl’s Jr. on the 76.
Terrible experience! The women working there are incredibly rude. Even when I speak to them in Spanish, they respond with attitude. Especially the woman with glasses who takes the orders. If someone doesn’t enjoy customer service jobs, why are they working there? I avoid this place whenever possible. They seem to forget that we are the customers and we're the ones paying for the food!
