First of all, the customer service was not the best. it didn?t feel very welcoming. second of all, the drinks at the self serving area were not good and they we... read more First of all, the customer service was not the best. it didn?t feel very welcoming. second of all, the drinks at the self serving area were not good and they were out of almost every drink. when i went to go ask for another drink, the employee seemedannoyed and had a slight attitude. lastly, they had cookies on their menu but when i went to go order them, they said they don?tsell them anymore. why is it on the menu when u don?t have it anymore? just another thing, i?ve never seen a bathroom that costs25 cents? the reason why i gave two stars was because the food was pretty good. the service was not.

The associate had no idea how to provide a menu to me without the TV menu. There were no paper or laminated options. She had noidea how to give me the menu unless it was on that screen. She was unapologetic about it and told me to go through thedrive-thru so I could see the menu rather than provide me with an alternative. At least print a copy of it for customers.
