I had an excellent dining experience with amazing food! Our waiter was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. We only waited less than 30 minutes for our food during lunchtime. Another 30 minutes passed, and she finally brought out our main courses. The penne vodka with chicken was the worst I've ever tasted; the chicken was gristly, and the vodka sauce was unpleasant. My wife's salmon was decent but dry and overly salty. Overall, this is far from an authentic Italian restaurant. I would not recommend this place at all.

Incredible pasta dishes, a charming old-school Italian restaurant atmosphere, wonderful servers, and excellent wine! What more could you want in the lovely downtown area of Fallbrook?
Lived in fallbrook 5 years, and in a town of great food, Trupianos reins supreme. Some of the best italian food iv had. Glad i live a minutes walk from them. Highley recommend!
