Delicious scones, avocado toast, and a great selection of coffee and drinks. I love the atmosphere; it’s comforting and makes me feel so much better after I visit. This place is warm and inviting, definitely worth checking out!
The food was outstanding, but the service was a bit odd. Essentially, there are two separate operations in one location. If you're looking for coffee and a meal, you'll have to stand in two different lines. The staff at the food counter appeared disinterested in providing suggestions or explaining how things work. However, I ordered the tomato bisque soup and avocado toast, and both were fantastic with a wonderfully fresh taste! I would happily order them both again in a heartbeat.
I hadn't visited this place in quite some time, and it seems to have gone through several name and ownership changes over the years. I was looking for a coffee spot in Fallbrook on Google and came across Brooktown, so I decided to give it a try. Upon arriving, I found out it's called "Coffee, Corks, and Cuisine." One of the young ladies mentioned that it has had this name for about a year now. Anyway, the latte I ordered was really good!
Wonderful everything! Our party of 7 was treated very rudely on the street, so we were so grateful to stumble on this coffee shop with delicious drinks and food, lind and welcoming staff and comfortable ambience. We loved the food, but the service was even better. We look forward to this being a regular meeting place for our team.
This is an excellent little gem in Fallbrook. The food was SO GOOD! Wife and I each had a bowl, Brooktown style, half rice, half salad. We were inspired. I'm a 210lb man, and I looked at the bowl and thought, I should've ordered more. I was wrong. The bowl was the perfect portion size and I can't wait to get back there to try the salads. They looked amazing. If you like good, healthy food, then quit reading this and get going there now. you'll love it, great vibe, and great food.
