I ordered the Kinder cookie dough, but to my disappointment, it was just cookie dough smothered in sauce without any Kinder pieces. The Kinder sundae was merely a cup of ice cream topped with sauce—yet again, there were no Kinder bits included. Even after paying to switch the ice cream flavor, I ended up with plain vanilla. It seems they frequently overlook key ingredients. While the generous sauce portions are nice, the regular absence of promised items significantly undermines the experience. Delivery times have always been quick, and the portion sizes are good, but the likelihood of missing toppings or extras is too high. I’ve lost my loyalty as a customer—what a letdown.

When I called after an hour, I was told they had only just started preparing my order. They really need to improve their delivery estimates so customers know what to expect.

This initial experience has been so disappointing that I won't be returning. Poor service.
