I think that the £22 curry deal is amazing value ...is it fine dining ..no but if your watching the football and can’t be bothered to cook is it good getting delivered to your door...dam right it is
Picked up a take away from here at the weekend having not been for quite some time. The pizza was top notch as were the kebabs my family had. Good value too. We will be back !
Placed an order at stenhousemuir. After an hour called to see where it was and was told they had tried to deliver. Been waiting in on it with no knock at the door and no phone call as they also had my mobile number. Partner went to pick it up and was told the food wasn't there! The order hadn't been made and staff tried to lie to cover up. Will never be here again!
Saturday night I placed an order using the Four In One website. After almost 2 full hours sat waiting for my delivery I finally decided to call the store for an update and was extremely surprised to find that you no londer deliver to my area. The website allowed the order to go through, even confirming this in an email, and took my card payment despite the fact I was never getting my food. Then to make it worse, I can only assume my order would have still been passed to the store and nobody bothered to call me and advise my order would not be fulfilled. The man in store has stated he would contact Head Office to process my refund, which to be honest is the least that should be done. Clearly your website needs to be updated and in the mean time perhaps your staff in store could let your potential customers know they wont be receiving their deliveries. The above was sent in a message to Four in One via Email, Facebook and the websites enquiry form. I have yet to receive a reply to any of my forms of communication and I still await my refund. Genuinely cant believe I have to ask for a response from them when they have so easily taken my money for a service they wont even provide!!
