Ordered a pizza at 16.36 on the 21/4/2025 it took 5 phone calls and 2 hours to deliver it to my house in Grangemouth the reasons were different everytime I called as to why then when the driver came all I got was abuse and told not to order again .I called again and was told that no one new who owned the business and no phone number for their Headoffice and no-one new the address .I think this business is a scam and I will not be ordering from them again .
Ordered a pizza for delivery had to wait 90 minutes for it as the order had been forgotten. Ordered a king kebab for delivery. Cancelled it after waiting for over an hour. Foods is great if you ever manage to get it delivered

Got a delivery today. Burgers both burnt, bums like a wet nappy and the cookies came with only 2 and a half as ones been squashed, they were also still raw. Usually enjoy the food but this was disappointing and off putting. Just seems like the person that make this did actually care
Tonight we ordered a pizza, baked potato, and onion rings. 20 mins later the delivery arrives and a little boy standing at my door hands me a bent pizza box with the rest of food on top lodged in the bent box. Onion rings were hot, but as for the rest of itthe baked potato was not fresh and was cold and as for the pizzait had clearly fallen was crushed and the pizza toppings had slid of the side as well as stuck all on the top of the box! To top it off, it was cold!!! Phoned to complain and was told they need to see the pizza before any action and will then send another?!? Tried to say potato not cold and fresh when it was cold and old!! Nothing about the little boy who must’ve been no more than 11 years old. I said I wanted a refund they insisted on seeing pizza. I ended up driving to the shop myself and gave them back the bloody pizza and baked potato. Nothing but excuses and not even a single apology among them they were only interested in covering their backs. Seriously disgusting service. Never again use Dhillons in Falkirk!! Stay clear.
