This time we watched 2/3 of our food sitting for 15mins before the last 1/3 of the meal was done. So 2/3 was served cold, so sent back and it did get fixed quickly. Kinda wondering microwavable quick? At least the sides..

Went for dinner last night around 6pm we got there when entering it was colder in the place than outside asked if we asked if we wanted a high chair says no and... read more Went for dinner last night around 6pm we got there when entering it was colder in the place than outside asked if we asked if we wanted a high chair says no and told by the girl it was best idea as heater was broken ordered on the app the app shows a bottle of irn bru for £2.40 which we got a can overpriced food arrived partner had chicken butterfly broccoli and mash chicken was dry and bar marks where more carbon which tells me the grill wasn't cleaned during service mash was overcooked in the microwave so was burnt at the bottom and the broccoli was cold I had the boneless chicken thighs peri chips and broccoli only hot item on my plate was the chips as I was waiting I Seen a few unsanitary things one being wrong tongs used on the grill a gentleman wiping his nose with his hands (no tissues or cloths used) at the pass then taking food to a table without washing his hands I chose just to eat and leave as partner has bad anxiety and didn't want her having a panic attack
