I ordered a specific dish, but what I received was different from what I expected. It was a dish in sweet chili sauce, which was not spicy as described. It seemed like something that could be easily made with store-bought sweet chili sauce. The curry sauce was not enjoyable and the noodles were just okay.

I have ordered delivery from this restaurant many times. The food is usually good, but there was one time when I was not satisfied. I ordered king prawns and they were very small because they were not defrosted before cooking. This was a mistake on the chef's part.

More delivery drivers arrived, and instead of attending to the waiting customers, the girl behind the counter continued to prioritize the drivers. When she finally turned her attention to me, she asked the gentleman after me if he needed help before addressing my order, which had been ready for collection for over 20 minutes by this point. I was shocked by the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff. When I questioned why deliveries couldn't access the car park, the girl rudely informed me that it was for deliveries only. I was unaware of this, as there were no signs indicating this restriction. Despite being a paying customer, I was made to feel unwelcome and inconvenienced. Overall, the food was okay, but the lack of customer service, training, acknowledgement, and clear signage in the car park left much to be desired. It's a shame that such a potentially good restaurant has such poor customer service standards. In addition, unlike other places in Fife, you have to order rice or chips separately here, which was also a disappointment.

Worst chinese in fk area. Ordered chips cheese curry sauce. To get reheated chips, no curry sauce, slither of cheese. Honestly the worst ever. Also chicken chow main. Cut up black bits of chicken slapped on top of noodles. Vile not fit for human consumption. Pls avoid like the plague.

Shouldn't be rated as somewhere that provides food. The foul product they provide cannot be classed as food. What these people send out is particularly disgusting. Don't waste your time, money and don't jeopardise your health.
