Very friendly staff !! Good chicken and fries and the el cubano was the absolute best

What a surprise I've never spent much time in the South Park area other than the occasional pit stop. Ottos has changed this perspective as it is something to definitely stop for either for take out or dine in for. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in the state....hands down. Wife got the Cuban also on point.

We ordered a Grilled Cheese, it was fine. Whenu husband ordered his BBQ sandwich, they only had the golden sauce, which I told him it contained mainly mustard, which they do that in SC. He doesn't like mustard. He went to see what I said about the sauce, sure enough, I was correct. They also didn't have ice for our water because they said they didn't have any. But what got me was they didn't offer any other type of sauce, and when they did, my husband didn't like any of it. He went to get money back from his sandwich, but they gave him cash, and didn't put it back on his bank card. Plus when he calculated the amount, they shorted about a $1.00. I know that sounds picky, but these days and times, every penny counts. And to not have ice for your water? Come on. So we went elsewhere, and found a Better place to go. This is the First time I have given this low of a score. The music was also too loud in my opinion. It's not I didn't like it, as a matter of fact I did, but it made it hard for me to hear my husband speak to me. We both left unhappy. We will Not be going back. Hope everyone else has a better experience than we did.

The building is small, right on the road, and noisy. Well organized space. The chicken sandwiches and fries were good.
