However, Ottos has completely changed my opinion—it's definitely worth a visit, whether for takeout or dining in. I can confidently say that it's one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in the state. My wife ordered the Cuban, and it was equally impressive.

During my visit on t... read more The prices are a bit high and the staff seems quite unengaged. The food is decent, but my experience was marred by the lack of interaction. During my visit on the morning of September 5th, the employee only spoke two words to me. I've spent my entire career in sales and customer service, so I know the importance of good service!

Unfortunately, the road construction going on right now is out of their control, looking like it makes it a bit tighter than normal for those bigger vehicles. As for the food! They have a twist on a Cuban sandwich I've never had before, but it was most excellent! Made with what seemed to be real pulled pork and ham, not that processed stuff. Was definitely worth the stop! (Edit) I have returned since the first review and have not been disappointed. Gotta try the Cheesy Bacon Cow Girl Fries and the breakfast burrito

Chicken was fried perfectly and the Cajun fries definitely had a good kick to them. My one and only complaint is with the seasoning of the chicken. It just needed something more, be it salt or a little kick.
