It was fantastic! It's a cozy little spot with a pool table, lively ambiance, and excellent bar service. The food was delicious as well. Definitely try the Great Divide IPA—it's flavorful yet smooth, with a good punch. I won't hesitate to return in the future! View all feedback.
OMG, I love this place! Driving thru town, stopped to stay At a hotel for the night, front desk staff recommended the Park Bar, and I'm thankful they did!! The bar itself was about a normal size bar, had a good crowd but not over packed, we got an open table right away. People were super friendly, good feeling vibe and atmosphere. What I did notice is that it was super clean, even smelled clean, not musty or greasy. There were some kids playing pool, and others watching TV. I had a philly cheesesteak thebest damn cheesesteak I've had in..my..life!! No joke, the steak was tender and juicy not greasy, the peppers and onions just a but of crunch (perfect and that nun! Holy hoagie, it was soft and a little toasty, jucrumptious! It was plentiful, and the onion rings were also generous. I also had a vodka cranberry (it's a bar! And it was well made not over nor under poured. And the cranberry was good, too My friend also had the cheesesteak, with fries, and had the same assessmet. The fries were a bit over salty, but again, it's a bar. They were fresh and hot and crunchy. I'm sad that I didn't realize they had cheese curds until later! They also had a daily special pork chops and scalloped potatoes, and some of the folks inside said it was delicious, so if you want something more substantial, there you go... I almost wish we were staying Ionger so we could eat here again. What a gem, this place is!!
It's always good. We always have a chance to visit with old friends and meet new people. We always get the royal treatment there which is appreciated more than you know. Thanks so much for making Fairplay the town we bought into about 32 years ago. Keith and Sylvia. Even the moose will come up to me and give a friendly hi. This one walked up close enough to pet last week. She and I had a nice 10 minute visit before she slowly saundered off
Cute little place on the main street in Fairplay, CO. Pretty good food and service was great. The young lady was very sweet. Had vegetarian options as well which was perfect for me
Good little spot when you're passing through cold beer decent food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Buffalo Yak Chili, Wings, Sandwiches
Rad little sports grill with a nice patio spread and a decidedly divey charm. The Buffalo Burger (no hot sauce, just lean bison meat) was a touch dry but offered great flavor and It was great to split with the wife along with a couple orders of crispy, golden tots. Washed it down with a couple yella bellies for a damn good time. I can not recommend the $7.50 1oz Espolón tequila shot but I can recommend this joint if you’re looking to fill the void in your belly or bump into someone who might lend an ear. Kid-friendliness: Not the place for kiddos
