I would give the service 5 stars, but unfortunately, the waitress I encountered today seemed eager to rush my boyfriend and me out the door. I have a disability, and my boyfriend has difficulty swallowing, so we need to take our time. Unfortunately, the waitress wasn't very friendly during our visit. View all feedback.
The Italian sausage hoagie was outstanding, and the service was prompt and excellent.
I've been dining at this restaurant my entire life, and the food has always been excellent! I really love it here! However, tonight, I ordered the special vegetable of the day, which was asparagus. To my surprise, there were only three pieces of asparagus in total, shared between my order and that of my dinner partner, who also got it. I found that quite amusing... lol.
I absolutely love this place! The home-cooked meals are delicious, and the prices are fantastic. They also have great deals for kids' meals. The staff has been wonderful every time I've visited. I will definitely be making this my regular spot from now on!
I grew up in Fairmont so know Say Boys is top notch. I live in Roanoke Virginia and make sure Say Boys is the first restaurant I visit. I love their steak hoagie so make sure I visit numerous times before returning home. The food, service, atmosphere, and staff are great. I’m going to Fairmont the end of the month and will get my hoagie fix!
Very good food and service. Plenty of people to make the atmosphere pleasurable. Parking: Plenty of parking.
